Refund Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on condoms or any opened intimate products.

Unopened lubricants may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

We do not offer exchanges.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at customerservice@my-bliss.co.uk if your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Details of the issue
  • Photographs where possible

If we confirm that the item was damaged in transit or sent incorrectly, we will offer either:

  • A replacement product (subject to availability), or
  • A refund to your original payment method

If you are asked to return an item, we may provide a return label. If this is not possible, items can be returned directly to:

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Refunds will only be issued for items returned unused and in good condition.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
